Our Story
YEVÉ is formulated, made, and cared for by hand — from the first bench trial to the final sealed bottle — by a cosmetic formulator based in Melbourne, Australia, holding a Master's degree in Technologies of Organic Substances, Food Additives and Cosmetics.
Every formula is built with verified ingredient data, gentle testing, and quiet attention to what skin actually needs. YEVÉ is a small, personal project — made slowly, with care.
Our Philosophy
The world moves fast, and so does skincare — new ingredients, new science, new innovation arriving every season. It's exciting, and it's a lot.
YEVÉ's Skin Protection line was created as a quiet pause inside all of that movement. No synthetic ingredients, no added fragrance — just naturally derived botanicals, chosen gently, to help skin feel calm and cared for. Not instead of innovation, but alongside it: a soft place to return to whenever skin — or you — need a moment to breathe.
At the heart of the range is a ceramide blend. Ceramides are lipids naturally found in skin, sitting between skin cells the way soft mortar sits between bricks — holding moisture in, and gently keeping the outside world out.
Life is full, and skin's natural ceramides can quietly wear down along the way. This blend is here to replenish them, so skin can hold onto its own moisture and settle into a calmer, steadier rhythm.
Thoughtful Packaging
Each bottle is held in Miron violet glass — glass that lets through only violet and soft UV-A light, filtering out the rest. Natural ingredients are gentle by nature, and this glass helps look after them, keeping formulas calm and stable inside. Every bottle is made to be refilled again with YEVÉ refill pouches — a small, ongoing act of care rather than something used once and let go.
A gentle note: filming your parcel as you open it means that, in the rare case glass arrives broken in transit, we can sort a replacement for you quickly and easily.
Your box is made from paper embedded with seeds — a small surprise waiting inside the packaging itself. Plant it, water it, and let it become something living: lavender, myosotis, daisy, or mint. Each box carries one of the four, so you won't know which until it blooms — a gentle surprise, and a lovely way to receive a gift.
Not planting it is completely fine too — the paper can go into compost or paper recycling, or find a second life as a gift tag, bookmark, or plant label in your garden.
Inside your parcel, everything is cushioned with starch-based packing peanuts instead of plastic foam. They're made from natural plant starch, and dissolve completely in water when you're done with them.
To let them go: dissolve under warm running water or add to compost. We'd just ask that they don't go into kerbside recycling — or keep a few aside to reuse in your own parcels.
